Don’t try to get your phone fixed here through Apple Care! They don’t have enough staff and will only take appointments only, I’ve tried twice and was told to go home because they didn’t have time to do an intake on my phone. The appointments are limited and they won’t even talk to you without an appointment and they have 1 kid working.

I purchased a NETGEAR Orbi 370 (RBE373) as part of a larger order. Both the shelf sticker on the box and my printed receipt listed it as tri-band. The actual unit is dual-band and I didn't realize until I was getting ready to set everything up. When I brought this to the store with my receipt and the box, they offered either a refund or a $30 discount toward the tri-band 770 model, this is roughly a 5% discount to the price of the 770. A refund doesn't fix the fact I made the purchase on the assumption I was getting a tri-band router and their offer is not sufficient to justify the time I had to spend to correct the mistake. I send people to Best Buy because I trust their knowledge and labels are accurate. I can't do that now if I have to double check everything. If you are looking to buy from Best Buy please make sure to check the boxes and the description of all items before making the purchase. I've attached photos of the receipt and mislabled box.

Purchased new tv 75 inch rokou tv. Tv doesn’t not turn on. Contacted rokou and was directed back to Best Buy. Best Buy wasn’t interested in helping with the issue, was told not a Best Buy problem. Unfortunately now I have a tv mounted on wall that doesn’t work and can’t get a replacement. Hope this review helps when going to purchase a tv from a big box store better to order on amazon they take product right back and ship a new product.

Great place to buy the families electronics. I purchased my car speakers from here and had them installed. Installer told me 2.5 hrs. I had my car back in one hour thirty eight minutes. Fast professional and knowledgeable. Only minor complaint is the waiting room. Long narrow hallway with only 3 hard chairs. Other than that, the place is clean the staff is very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend for you're next electronics purchase.

The store was good, had lots of stuff. Came in cause I needed an unlocked phone. Only 4 stars cause they don't ask if you want to make an account they just ask for your info and make one at checkout for you. I think that is absolutely disgusting and scummy behavior so I will never shop here again. However minus that it was a nice store and the workers were all very friendly.
